Important update regarding Coronavirus (Covid-19)
In line with Government advice, the Scout Association has reverted England's readiness level to 'Red'. This change comes into effect from 05 November 2020 and unfortunately means that no face to face Scouting activities can take place from this date. It is currently thought that England will be 'Red' until 02 December 2020 (subject to further Government advice) and we will communicate further with parents as soon as we receive updates from the Scout Association. We will continue to offer virtual meetings throughout the second lockdown and details of these will be sent out to all parents.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our young people, parents and guardians for their continued enthusiasm and involvement during these very strange times.
Subs are currently £3.50 per week per child. If you have two or more children in the Group, subs are £3.50 per week for the first child and £2.00 per week for every additional child.
Due to very high levels of interest, our Colony is currently full and we are not able to take any new Beavers into the Colony at this time. We are, however, operating a waiting list so please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like to be notified as soon as spaces become available!
Throughout their time in the Colony, Beavers work towards a number of badges covering a wide variety of challenges and activities. Links to further details on these badges and their completion requirements can be found on the left of this page.
Badges should be worn on the uniform as shown below:-
