Beavers is currently the youngest section in Scouting and is open to children aged between 6 and 8 years old.
Staplehurst Beavers meets weekly during school term time on a Wednesday between 5.30 p.m. and 7.00 p.m. at Staplehurst Scout Hut.
We have a great team of leaders who help run the weekly meetings. Our leaders are:-

Subs
Subs are currently £4.50 per week per child. If you have two or more children in the Group, subs are £4.50 per week for the first child and £3.00 per week for every additional child.
Space availability
Due to very high levels of interest, our Colony is currently full and we are not able to take any new Beavers into the Colony at this time. We are, however, operating a waiting list so please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like to be notified as soon as spaces become available!
Throughout their time in the Colony, Beavers work towards a number of badges covering a wide variety of challenges and activities. Links to further details on these badges and their completion requirements can be found below.
